A native of New Jersey, Jeff is a Colby College graduate who received his law degree, cum laude, from New York Law School, where he served as Associate Editor of the New York Law School Law Review.  Jeff is dedicated to making certain that injured workers and accident victims are fully compensated for their losses and are treated with dignity and respect.  He was appointed Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in Washington, D.C. and is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in Maine, as well as the First Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, and is a member of the Maine State Bar Association and the American Association for Justice. He concentrates his practice mainly in the areas of workers' compensation, personal injury, and appellate practice and currently serves as the Managing Partner at McTeague Higbee.  Jeff frequently lectures to various professional groups on workers' compensation and occupational disease.  He lives in Brunswick with his wife.
