KEVIN M. NOONAN , a native of Portland, Maine, is a graduate of Stonehill College and the Emory University School of Law. In addition to state and federal courts in Maine, he is admitted to the Bar in the State of Massachusetts. Kevin is a member of the Maine State Bar Association, and was formerly on the Board of Directors for the Maine Trial Lawyers Association.
