
A native of Bangor, Wayne is a cum laude graduate of Duke University and Georgetown University Law Center. He is a fighter who believes in getting justice for all. Wayne focuses on workers' compensation, longshore and Social Security disability law. He is licensed to practice in Maine and the District of Columbia and is a member of the Maine State Bar Association and the District of Columbia Bar Association. He has been an alternate labor representative on the Maine Labor Relations Board since 1989. He lives in Brunswick with his wife.
